Works fine for me. That's the kind of message that comes up when you are trying to access torrent trackers and the likes - you didn't have another session up to one of those type of sites, did you?

Any chance you were accusing the site through a malformed link? Sounds like you were being redirected to a dodgy site that is on the ISP block list.
