Just noticed I'm only a youth team player, and everybody is different. How are these ratings decided? Do they change? If so how do they change?

That's your member title, the more posts you make the 'better' it gets but if you go to "Edit my profile" then look for Member title you can change it, although there seems to be an error for me and I can't change mine
