Are there any budding bike (pedal variety) mechanics out there?
I have a mountain bike that I have let slip for a year or so and it needs some work doing to it to get it back to its best.
I am willing to pay good money for a good job. I could do it myself but dont have the time.
Anyone interested let me know.

All the cables need replacing, the chain needs replacing, a new seat. the gears need calibrating and it needs a general clean up.

Noooooo, the bodywork is the most expensive part of a bike by far. Sounds a bit odd that everything needs replacing though Mark, you ain't nicked it have you? I'd offer my (lack of) expertise but the distance is a killer. So let me just wish you good luck in your efforts and hope you get it done as quickly and painlessly as possible (makes it sound like an operation doesn't it.....)
This is my truth........ now tell me yours.

The frame itself cost about £400.
When I moved Back to Chesterfield I didnt have any where undercover to store it, its just gone downhill so I need to get it sorted, I may have a go myself over the summer.
