Possibly not. Was Warnock in charge when qpr and Burnley were both in Prem. think Warnock went as caretaker manager?

Nope, when QPR and Burnley were both in the Prem in 2014-15 season, Harry Redknapp was manager for both games. (Was replaced by Chris Ramsey in February)

The year after when they'd dropped back into the Championship, took over from Ramsey. And was replaced by JF Hasselbaink
