Seems strange you can have a sensory hub and then host sadists in the lounges

Suppose if they have a good time it could lead to sponsorship, wealthy people, The Barlow Hunt Community Family Stand for example

It’d have to be reciprocal though, we could sponsor the shovels they use to dig out badgers maybe

I knew you’d pipe up on this. Can I ask what you know about the Barlow Hunt?

A few posh dicks in Barbour and cords/ too tight jodhpurs who love the idea of dead foxes I’d imagine?

Am I wrong?

Sad state of affairs tbh. Poor decision by the club. Hopefully they see sense and cancel it.

The daft thing is you'll get people defending something they loathe rather than see people criticise the club.

It's not about what's right or wrong anymore it's about the people making the arguments.

Maybe they can get the hunting dogs to sniff out who commited that massive theft in the F and B section? That all went a bit quiet didn't it? Let's see the usual suspects defend how the club handled that.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

Not much firsthand but I have done a bit of sabbing in the past so I’ve got a pretty good idea

To be honest I bet the club didn't know. When I have booked large events down there I have never been asked about the event itself or who its for, just numbers of attendees and menu choices.

The "Berkley" Hunt probably wanted to keep it quiet until someone grassed them up. The club needs to cancel this and give them their deposit back, they do not want to be associated with these heathens.

So what’s your opinion on whether the club should hold the ball?

Good point re the (I presume you mean..) C and B theft.

Not really my daughter has took her horse numerous times to hunts, never has a fox been killed,as for the clothing its very british and traditional, probably the reason people want to get rid.

Fox hunting is not my thing at all, but what other legal activities are we going to rule out over the court of public opinion? People of different religions? Other 'posh w*nkers'? (Do some of our financiers fall into this category?).
I think some people need to realise that running a loss-making football club (see the accounts) is actually pretty difficult, and we should not be turning down perfectly legal revenue streams due to the prejudicial opinions of a vocal minority.
Where does this end? Do we need a fan referendum prior to any bookings being taken just in case someone is offended?

There will be demonstrations at the games
