All very complimentary stuff - downside is it doesn't sound like they'll be letting him go anywhere.

I`m not so sure Sam, he was only sub 6 times and only made the reserve team on NINE occassions!!! I think it said, so effectivly he is 3rd choice at best. Their goalkeeping coach is obviously impressed with his time at Chesterfield and may well be aware that a full season here, gaining experience as a No1, is better than another at Spurs basically just training.
I`ve not given up hope just yet.

I'm sure a season long loan from a Prem club would definitely mean Muggs being reserve keeper. If it had been Sharpe he was still going to be number one, wasn't he?
