Is anyone involved with an Over 35s team? I'm looking to get involved after a few years off from regular football (well, about 20 years to be honest!). Could probably do with a few training sessions to see if there's any prospect of being able to play. I'm 37 and have lost a bit of weight, through running mainly, so wondering if I could still do a bit.
