Just listened to Ollie's interview. A very good one and pleased to say his thoughts on the next couple of rounds pretty much match what I said in my post on the Kettering thread.

You know, the best moment of my entire day was watching Banks and it wasn't when he was on the pitch. We sat within 20 feet of our bench and there was a constant stream of kids getting things signed from players (who without fail obliged cheerfully). After Banks came off an adult with clear challenges went over and had his picture taken with him and the bloke's beaming smile was wonderful. Ollie chatted to him for a while and they had a bit of a cuddle. A really lovely moment.

During his first spell at the club, I could take him or leave him as a player.

Bizarrely, ever since I listened to Ollie's chat with Dave on Legends of The Spire I have a new found respect for him.

I'd not seen the resemlance to Andy Carroll until the York fans pointed it out. Cue hands to ears.

The big difference is that Andy Carroll was garbage and Ollie Banks can play a bit..although I’m sure their respective bank manages might have differing views!
