    An educated guess would say (with a team carrying 'promotion momentum', a settled squad and Cook in charge ready to start a L1 campaign) that the Kirks would find investors from their network to help strengthen the squad.

    Unless he's been smart with his money and can afford to play for a couple of grand.
    It's more likely he'd want to play at the highest level possible and get the biggest contract possible but, if he is financially secure and another million on top of the millions in the bank already is not his main goal , it's not that big of a leap he might fancy a promotion with us
