Saw some stuff yesterday saying Birmingham had a ?20m transfer budget for this season coming....if they have if there is a hint of truth in it then we are pushing them for every last penny for him. I'd be very surprised if we didn't get a bid or two in for the likes of Dobra and Mandeville, but is this genuine, probably not. I have an informant, I'll use the term in its loosest sense, who comes up with some of the most outlandish garbage I've heard. The last one he got right was when Sheffield United signed Keith Edwards, but he'd been saying that for over two seasons 😂.

I wouldn't be surprised if inquiries have been made and if the rumour is true that they have a big transfer kitty then being realistic we should be looking at the absolute minimum price of around 750,000+ 10-15% sell on clause.
Only thing is though, it does seem to be a bit of a random rumour to start when from the outside looking in it's a player who was good in the National League going to arguably the biggest club in league one. It's not as if he's had chance to tear league two a new one yet is it?

Talk seems to be that Conn-Clarke went to Peterborough for ?300k/?350k...you'd be surprised if we can convince Birmingham to double that sort of fee.
