Suffered a close family bereavement whilst with us. Showed definite promise to me but got pilloried away at Barnsley (coming on as sub with it blowing a half gale) and people made up their minds about him there and then.

Dropped him? Looked more like handbags to be honest, and looking at the highlights beckford was probably having a go because Doyle didn't pass to him.
