'Heard a cockney voice'. How pathetic!

If it's yours to sell as it were for next season pm me & I'll pass the info on to my man.

I think he'd asked for one and was quoted £72k to have one put in.

There were no issues, the police came up because the steward got on the radio because he heard a cockney voice. When they got there they saw a woman in a wheelchair. If your mate wants the box next year they can have it.

Oh dear. This is what can happen when you give someone a Hi-Vis jacket for an afternoon...

Some of the stewarding is pretty ropy. I've seen them make a single parent empty their bags whilst dealing with 3 children. Not good.

No. Because you wouldn't be able to resist renditions of certain lines from "Bohemian Rhapsody".

The Millwall fans in the hospitality box were my guests, it was deceased friend of mines brother, disabled wife in a wheelchair and another couple and for Chris to come out with a statement like he has beggars belief. When we bought the hospitality box we signed a contract and nowhere in the contract does it mention not being able to bring away fans. Don't worry it wont happen again as I wont be spending any money down there again.

Rudeboy - Chris has only heard one side of the story here on this one, so I wouldn't be reluctant at this stage to claim about not spending on that again in the future.

The way you have painted the picture of it though is a little different to a couple of things i've heard - Apparently the Millwall fans in the east stand were quite provocative and upset a few.... Is that correct?

They didn't upset anyone, I wouldn't let them, if they were disprespectful I would have stopped it. I say again, there were two men and two women and one of the women was in a wheelchair, hardly hard core hooligans. It is like Chinese whispers

At the end of the game although there was no physical altercation there was quite an unpleasant exchange of abuse.

Believe me certainly two of the guys who had been in and out of the box were well up for taking it further than words.

These guys were certainly not kids they were in their fifties or in the case of one even older.

Believe you me their conduct and behaviour reflected badly on the gent that invited them.

If CT has only heard one side of the story, he should hear the other side of the story before making comment; and should buy a bit of time to truly think about things, so avoiding making comments that seem designed purely to please people as a short term solution.

I spot a flaw in your argument.

There will always be verbal altercations between fans and I could write a full page cosier on how things could be improved in the box but I don't have the time. But as Mr Pleasant points out there are usually two sides to every side. Water under the bridge now anyway.

Was this at the East Stand turnstile 3 or 4 weeks ago?- a single guy with baby, toddler and young child- stopped by a young idiotic steward- who made him empty his shoulder bag and get out the baby's bottle, nappies etc . I was absolutely furious and told an older Steward inside
