anyone just seen the bit on 'look north' with some bloke from mansfailed moaning cos he's got a pair of them and the nhs won't pay to have them reduced???

comical

ought to realise that he looked better than any female (if indeed they are female ???) that comes from that interbred area that i've ever seen (only had about 4 tattoes, no needle holes apparent in his arm and not boz-eyed)

.... or are 'look north' just desperate for news

Front page news in the Chad. Possibly worst first headline including the word 'moobs'.

Was on Radio 5 live today.
He said they wouldn't operate because he was underweight and now he has put on weight, they won't operate because he is overweight. They said they would operate if he lost some weight, but he said he doesn't want to; he then went on to say he'd do anything to be able to get the operation!!!
Confused? We'll he is from Mansfailed.

I know it's not a pleasant job, but perhaps someone should take a close look at the Stags team photo? ;)

'My man-boob misery'

A FED-UP dad has this week pleaded for help from health chiefs as he battles to overcome the little-known condition of 'man boobs'.
Twenty-three-year-old Lee Jardine has been burdened with the distressing condition since his teens and says it is ruining his life.

The 'man boobs', or 'moobs', prevent Lee from taking his two-year-old son swimming and mean he is forced to wear layers of clothing even in the summer.

The rare condition is medically known as 'Gynecomastia' — which comes from the Greek words gyne meaning 'woman' and mastos meaning 'breast' — and causes men to develop abnormally large breasts.

It often leads to sufferers becoming deeply depressed and embarrassed to go out in public.

Speaking from his Langham Place home in Mansfield this week, frustrated Lee told Chad he has now become so self-conscious that he rarely leaves the house for fear of what people will say.

"I was first diagnosed with the condition around 18 months ago but have had symptoms since I was a teenager," said Lee.

"I was told there was no treatment for it and if I was unhappy my only option would be surgery which costs thousands of pounds.

"However, there is no way I could afford that kind of money. So I have made several attempts to get the operation done on the NHS — on the grounds that I cannot afford the cosmetic surgery and the condition is making my life a misery.

"It has got to the point where I hardly leave the house, so I miss out on seeing my family and friends and also cannot take my son swimming like any other dad."

Lee told Chad that when he does pluck up the courage to leave his home he wears bandages to make his breasts less visible, as well as plenty of layers which can be very uncomfortable in warm weather.

"I can't even enjoy a family summer holiday due to all the layers I have to wear to feel comfortable out in public," said Lee.

"I have tried every option other than surgery, including spending money on gym memberships and personal trainers to lose weight.

"But when I got down to just under 10-stone I felt ridiculous as the condition did not recede at all and became even more obvious."

Lee says doctors have told him surgery could make the condition worse than before and that his body mass is too high.

But Lee told Chad anything has to be better than how he feels at the moment.

He added: "The operation would change my life and enable me to enjoy a normal family life — but instead I feel singled out and embarrassed."

A Nottinghamshire County Primary Care Trust (PCT) spokesman told Chad this week: "Whilst we do not comment on individual cases, we do however have a clear process for any individual to have their request for funding made to the PCT.

"This considers all aspects of the patient's condition, including the views of their clinician, and a decision is taken on the basis of all relevant information."

Maybe he could get in a magazine for fittest footy fan. Well they're can't be many to beat him in mansfield can there?

I did think when i saw it....maybe if he did some exercise and lost some weight his boobs might not look as bad, i guess it wouldn't get rid of them as it's more a gene thing but surely less fat equals less man boobs doesn't it.
