I'd forgotten how good the goal was at Oxford.

Doyle's against Leeds for me. That's a good a team goal as you are ever likely to see! The Leeds side were statues from us playing the ball quickly, majestically and with a purpose and the finish with a pin point cross from Tally and the perfect header! You can't get better than that!!

IF only we had seen more attacks with this kind of purpose this season we'd have stormed this league. Seriously that's one of the best team goals I think I've ever seen us score. When I judge a goal of the season, the build up is just as important than an exquisite finish or a scorcher into the top corner from distance and for me none of the finishes eclipsed that build up and finish (or even came anywhere near). Every time I see the full clip of the goal (from where the action starts) it just leaves me open jawed in appreciation of the quality that came from my club against championship opposition (I could understand if they did that to us, but the other way round was for me shear joy).

As you can tell I liked that goal

Thanks for the links Starsky as I'm one of those that doesn't do Facebook/ Twitter, very much appreciated; though would it be too much trouble for you to edit the links and type in... example 'Doyle away at Leeds United' so it's easier for folk to remember which one they liked best after they have viewed them all?

None of them is a stand-out for me. Lots of very good goals though.

That one came second with my vote. He took that very well and is a lot harder to do in real life than how he made it look.

Definatley i looked at them earlier and the one at Leeds was the best,a great flowing move followed by a very easy but good header....

I am another one who doesn't do facebook so thanks for the links, all quality but the Doyle goal against Leeds is something special. The goal against Oxford is a special one for me as it was my son's first away game, what I do like is how many of the goals Doyle is involved in, he is a very good player who is getting better by the game now he is being played on a regular basis.
