Hey,
I don't think anyone has 'fixed' anything...
I think the constraints are on the physical size of the image (how big it will appear on the page), the type of the file (.bmp files are out for size reasons) and how big it is in kb, so not to slow the page loading too much,
but as it's an image on an external site, maybe that file changed in the time between the first attempt and the last.
