I suspect only if the ever helpful and open with information National League tell us!

You mean the ever helpful FA as it’s their competitions or even the ever helpful Wembley Stadium who handle the tickets

They will get some Villa and Birmingham hangers with it being the Sunday....although Birmingham fans may not be that happy if they've been relegated!

They took between 5000 and 6000 to the 2022 final at West Ham where there was a stink about ticket prices. I assume they’ll take more to Wembley this time, although they are also in the Trophy final a week later. Be interesting which game will attract the out and out days trippers most.

Correct you budget for EFL is all based on this season average and it helped both Wrexham and Notts County with this seasons budgets

It’s more complex than that. Chesterfield will set the budget which will include guaranteed budget such as the EFL/PFL handouts, ST sales and the rest (such as gate money, catering, etc.) has to be extrapolated to obtain the expected income witch may vary for reality. The reporst is submitted in mid June along with expected player budget so it can only be an estimate and for L2 it has to be less that 50% of expected income. There isn’t any point in over exaggerating expected income because clubs have to submit a mid season report in December where any obvious errors will be detected.

There are three reporting periods, the current one which by nature has to be an estimate, and the two previous years which presumably back up assumptions being made.

On top of that there is there is the football fortune element (cup revenue, donations, transfer fees, etc.) and cubs can spend 100% of that on the player budget.

Probably best to get your tickets for this game sooner rather than later. It was a sell out last year and a third of the tickets have already gone

What a disaster Solihull or Bromley. Can't decide which is worse. The only positive I can think off is the cost to Bromley of digging up the pitch. Hopefully will cost a fortune.

Maybe Sutton will want some second hand carpet
