Yep useful- I'd advise anyone who does sport/exercise to get one (theyre only about £15).
Best used as a maintenance thing- every couple of days to loosen up the tight areas. Only works the superficial muscles but they are good.
Just be careful on the spine area when rolling the back

Groin injuries could be a few things-usually in football it's the adductor s-the muscles inside the thigh -usually the upper part.
They are hard to treat and usually only get a full recovery with rest.
If pain on squatting it does sound like a weakness in the upper adductor.
Strengthen by exercises like
lying on side and raising upper leg, holding and slowly lowering.
Lunges-particularly round the clock lunges/side lunges
Squeezing a Swiss ball or even football between knees, holding the squeeze and repeating
Most important is a good warm up of the area-loads of dynamic stretching. Before adding weight to your squats do loads of body weight squats. Any pain stop!

He worked hard yesterday but tired noticeably in second half.
Hopefully just a cramp or slight strain.
I just wish he would put some effort into his warm ups though(although he is getting better)!

His injury appeared to come after his back heel, which I don't think would cause the right movement to pull the hamstring? He did however chase the ball down like a dog prior to the back heel which could've caused it?

This is a huge blow to lose our talisman for potentially 6 weeks! Hopefully monies in the coffers from the FA Cup run & next stage of Cooper transfer deal coming in, we can dip into the transfer market.
Johnson the ideal replacement?? Or could there be gem uncovered by our scouting network?? interesting few weeks i think

Interestingly Johnson stuck a picture up on Instagram of him playing for town saying that he "can't wait to be back playing"
Might just be wishful thinking on my part!

One guy claiming to be in the know on the Preston board says that they are definitely in for him and Robinson on loan, just waiting for Lambert's decision.
I'd like to think that both Cookie and Johnson are big enough to understand the nature of their fall out and this won't have a bearing on if we go in for him and his decision if we do. Cook obviously did well for the lad and only got the hump because Villa wouldn't let us have him again in January.
