how can anyone not be bothered about a day out at Wembley?
give it a go, its not like the fa cup is likely to give us a fixtures problem.

Agree that we need a win to try and get some momentum going but personally not interested in the competition or going to wembley again, believe it or not.

The win at Wembley will live longer in the memory of every true Spireite than any random season bar Championship winning (3 in my lifetime only).

I'd give thevlikes of Orrel, Beasley, McGuire Wigum, a run out even if its on the bench. I'd love us to win, but the team performande is more important.

Exactly.
What the hell has happened to our supporters? So we've been to Wembley twice in this competition, so f**kin what! Does that mean that were not bothered about playing there in a play off final cos we've done that? Are we not bothered about winning anymore championships cos we've done that? What about playing football in league one? We did that last season, so does it mean that were not bothered about that now?
This bull that people come out with about it being a tinpot trophy, that we shouldn't take it too seriously is absolutely crazy! Football is all about WINNING TROPHIES, ok it's not the FA cup but it's a realistic chance for our club to climb those Wembley steps and lift a trophy.
Ask any professional footballer what they want to do, they'll tell you that they want to lift a trophy, win competitions so why don't our supporters?

I would still go if we got to jpt final but it doesn't thrill me after 2 recent visits to wembley. A play off final with promotion at stake is a completely different matter however ... huge game.

I am sure other top teams fans don't get bored with going to cup finals.
personally I wish i was watching Chesterfield at Wembley every year but each to their own
