If Southend continue with their money issues they could be near the bottom

Does anyone know if there's a long term plan to make it 24 teams again?

I think Yeovil and Weymouth will have decent seasons next campaign, Yeovil pushing for the playoffs and Weymouth comfortably mid table.

I'll be surprised if Weymouth don't push on a little bit next season. I reckon they'll finish ahead of two of maidenhead, boreham wood and Woking.

It would be better to make it 22. Some of the leagues below have already dropped in number. 24 is rubbish in years with a bad winter and for clubs that have a decent cup run. Chances are that at least one club now in the top 5 tiers will be in financial trouble by February.

Yeah I still like getting my moneys worth from a season ticket though, cos you know the price would be the same even with a game less LOL

The end of this coming season when 4 teams will be promoted from NLN/S and 3 teams are relegated.

Lump on Wrexham folks, watched the highlights of their pre-season games so far, wow.

Very quick on the ball, attack with pace and numbers, will thrash loads in this league.

I know it's only pre-season games but their intensity is better than ours and they have better attacking options.

Its ok having the best midfield in the league but low scoring and conceding easily won't make us title contenders. I sincerely hope JR can bring in another keeper and a striker soon and get a decent striking coach in - how many shots have we seen blazed over the bar this pre-season?

Wrexham beat Tamworth 5-0 as well, they must be unstoppable. If we don’t match that score we are doomed

Ok then us v Alfreton, us v Port Vales second string (according to them), I watched both and can honestly say Wrexham are in front of us.

1st game of pre season.

It wasn't our strongest team though was it. 2nd string midfield for a start. First minutes for kerr and carline this pre season.

Have you watched us much lately?

Wrexhams Hollywood moneybags reputation won't impress the hairy ar$ed thugs in this league, just make them more determined to beat them. They may win the league eventually but it certainly won't be a walkover

Along with Stockport who have made some good signings since their takeover, ditto Notts County, Eastleigh are making some interesting signings too, and you can't write off grimsby/sarfend/Yeovil, and bromley who always put out a decent side,... this league will not be a walkover for any team this season.
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+
