Wow, I missed that...... Thankfully it is the time zone Dave lives in.

The first post I found for the announcement was after the tickets went on sale

With the number of complaints regarding communication with fans 'recently',at a time when the club have publicised the fans survey, would it not be fair to have expected improvements to already be under way whilst the survey is collated?

The bit that frustrates me is this is so, so simple. Yet again a total own goal. I’m sorry, but there are no excuses for not informing fans when tickets are going on sale

Yep. In a similar vein, there surely can’t be a season ticket sales push starting this week until full details of planned improvements, especially to East Stand Customers, of the concourses are released?

Good question. It’s all about which Fans Forum suggestions are being actioned by the Board. Even if it is bad news, ST purchasers need to be informed.
Without putting words in to his mouth, if I was my mate Mr Mercury I’d be expecting to pay less for an East Stand ticket than I paid this year, unless there is a big improvement to the product.

That’s a very good point.

That won't happen. Prices will be going up across the board.

Isn’t the product “a seat”? And anything you don’t pay for on the day… loos etc. The concourse offering etc are add ons in my book.

Subject to promo I can see a 10% rise minimum.

The TVs aren’t, they are free and should work. Except one near the catering counter under the East Stand has been broke for a good few months now.

In any event, the club should be selling an ‘immersive experience’ as marketing folk would say. Not saying ‘hard luck’.

We used to get that ‘immersive experience’ in the Saltergate Bogs - think it is overrated

Was best to bag a spot in the shallow end.

The Sloped Urinal on the left hand side (going in) on the Kop, always go in from the pitch side and never go down hill. Wet feet otherwise especially when it was raining heavy!

Batting for? Me. No prejudice on my part. It was an off the cuff reply.

What would you like to see as “the package”? Genuine Q.

That’s the one I had in mind.

This is why we’re getting more tickets from York. How different an attitude from the likes of Oldham and Solihull.

Initially it looked like only one part of the west stand….thats saying the whole stand now so that should be loads of tickets I’d have thought.
