Try cars and delivery times.... I know someone whose Audi is 7 weeks late (after a 16 week order time) and they don't know when he will get it. Order a Volvo XC40 now and you probably won't get it till 2019....

It's a busy time for the suppliers and club won't be top of their priority list these days...

I would think there are a few more processes and supply chains involved in manufacturing and delivering a car versus a plastic ticket.

It gets better thought I would give the club shop a ring .the girl was very helpful and went round to see the person that deals with them .she came back to inform me that there was a pile of zebra finance form's that's not been sent off mine included but said she was told they be sent off today.I told her I hope so as season starts soon.she apologised and said don't worry it will be sorted not her fault but it's somebody's you couldn't make it up.

But a lot more people, systems and processes governing it....

If it’s out before first game all is good...

As long as its out before the first Home game does it matter?

And before folk go off on one its not aimed at defending anyone!!!

Do you think they will be posted at CFC's cost, or do we have to guess?
If not, do people living at a distance have to queue up at reception before their first game to get it?
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

There was a charge for STs to be optionally posted out otherwise people have to collect.

That was never put to me as an option in the club shop.
That means I'll have to travel quite a long way for my first match stressed by the thought of having to queue to pick up both my season ticket and my car park pass (which incidently I've not been contacted about yet). Customer Last.

If you trawl back through he/she thought the renewal paperwork was 'a bludddy great form' failed to fill it in before turning up, didn't take the old season ticket either, and had the staff back and forth to the office because of it.

Didn't check at the time about having it posted out, and now flapping on here rather than contacting the club.

Some people make life harder than it needs to be and blame it on others.

Groan
What actually happened was that I tried without success to order the ticket of the octogenarian whom I have taken to home matches for the last 20 years and whose ST and personal details I did not have with me.
I made the point that CFC already had her information online. Nobody was asked to go back and forth.

When we originally applied for my Dad then we had to provide Photo ID and my Dad !

Subsequent seasons we just renewed as normal - no need for ID every year.
The offer is still available this year and theres a tick box on the official form.

To be eligible they need to be 80 or over before July 31 2018
