Regarding swapping seat for season ticket holders. Does anyone know the path online that you need to follow in order to see what seats are available please.

I would think if you went on the on line ticket page to buy a season ticket then look at the particular area you want it should show what's available

Staff in shop said mid-July when I asked last Saturday, which is a bit vague but best she could offer.

What other business would tell customers who'd just spent well over a couple of hundred quid their goods might be available in a few weeks.

Maybe.

Perhaps.

Well loads really

But your analogy is well and truly flawed because these goods can’t be used for a month or more

Try cars and delivery times.... I know someone whose Audi is 7 weeks late (after a 16 week order time) and they don't know when he will get it. Order a Volvo XC40 now and you probably won't get it till 2019....

It's a busy time for the suppliers and club won't be top of their priority list these days...

Does it matter? You can’t even use it till 4th August and you aren’t even buying one.
If they weren’t available by the beginning of August it may be time to worry but they will be just like they always are.

Criticism can be good when warranted, Chris, but criticism for the sake of criticism can get tiresome.

I think we can be in no doubt that the company that produces the plastic season tickets is equally evasive with delivery dates when asked by the club.

With the new emission tests, orders for VW & Audi will not be received until February 2019.. I ordered my Audi a month ago & was told they had stopped manufacturing the model I ordered! Luckily the spec I wanted was in surplus stock (different colour) but I had it.
