I’ve never watched Eurovision (I guess I’m not the right demographic - it seems to attract the Strictly crowd- older women and a big gay following).

Seems crazy that apparently last year was a Ukraine love in with flags everywhere and Russia banned but this year Palestinian flags banned and Israel allowed to complete?

(I’m never happy with Israel being classed as Europe even in Sport)!

or an excuse for a family get together, a few snacks, a few drinks and a laugh.

For me take the excuses to have a bit of quality time together - I'm looking after grandsons tomorrow so cant make my other halfs family get together that happens every year around Eurovision, everyone there from 80 plus to 15.... Life is short so find reasons to have fun..

Indeed
I’m at the Vase tomorrow but if I’m home in time I may give it 10 mins viewing - may even be some excitement in terms of protests etc!

Enjoy the Vase, working or watching? Solihull get a second chance to win something at Wembley...and of course Gateshead get to make a point after being refused access to the play offs.. despite being more financially sound than many teams already there!

Purely watching as a neutral (but want Solihull obviously not Gateshead)

Its entirely feasible that different people want diff teams to win for different reasons. My natural inclination is to Gateshead (mainly for the crap around the play offs) but as a supplier at work who I am currently working closely with is a Solihull fan, I'll be hoping they do it tomorrow, plus losing twice at Wembley in one season is beyond bearable.

I dont care what Clarevoyant says (about Solihull or generally!), I'm thinking about the fans not the club or players..

(But I'd take Osborne tomorrow much as I would happily have decked him last time I watched him live!) and I'm pleased to see Whing doing well...

Preferred the Bucks Fizz era when the acts actually sang live and it wasn’t all political..
