Could you please ask CT to go and see for himself the atrocious conditions that us men have to put up with when we want a half time pee. I think the bogs in all the stands are of a similar design and the architects got it wrong. I'm willing to accompany him if he doesn't know where they are.

I've not seen any problems worse than any other event venue. I didn't have a problem at the Mansfield game at HT and it was a sell out :-\
Better than Saltergate / Pompey away

Our ticket office manager Karen Wood will be at the meeting tomorrow so if you have any questions regarding any ticketing issues including online ticketing, membership cards, e cash, customer service or anything else relating to ticketing she will be able to answer.

Car Park - announcements over tannoy before the match, notice on cars, notice in program, notice on website. Chris Turner is more concerned with the dangerous drivers that try and overtake everyone to get to the front of the queue, however if there are reported persistent offenders, they can and will have their car parking permits withdrawn.
Decorating concourses - waiting for company to get back to us to say if they can get funding for it, if not may put out request to fans
Booking fee - this is being looked at, but will not be removed totally, it is a lot less than other places
Ticket information - if anyone has a complaint about the ticket office, please don't just post on social media or messageboard, email the club and let them know, they cannot do anything about problems unless they are made aware of them
Concerts - we are just waiting for the management from the 3 artists, expect announcements soon
Season tickets incl. Half yr ones - season tickets are continually available. If you want to purchase one for the half year, phone or go to the ticket office and they will do it for you, they can start from any date including this Tuesday
Player/you tube - we have a youtube channel as a football league requirement, the idea is that anyone without player gets a small taster of what is to offer on player. There are going to be more special features on player to make it more cost effective
Away ticket sales - these can now be bought online, the club receives 5% of away ticket sales. FYI every club has to request how they are sold
Legends lounge - members are not allowed to just invite their mate in for a drink, unless they have paid for a day pass. dress code to be looked at as previous chairman wanted shirt and tie and the current chairman thinks you go to football to relax and enjoy yourself, not be done up like a penguin
sausage rolls - another message will be passed to Paul Watts, if there is still a problem, it may be better to contact him direct
There is probably something I have forgotten, so anyone else that was there please add it on
Next meeting is before the Bury game on 11th January

Looks like you've covered all the essentials there Marcia - great stuff as usual
John Croot also did a great tour of the new facilities in the East Stand. His passion for the whole project was clear to see from start to finish and he seems to be very proud of it all - and so he should be.
