A. Feels 5 loses from 15 games, doesn't tell story, only Southend away was a fully deserved loss. Rest have all be winnable and doesn't warrant massive change. Not into chopping and changing for sake of it.

A. No firm offers to his knowledge. EFC and LFC very keen on him but one of many being scouted. Every team in world are selling club, arsenal RVP etc. another unprovoked rallying call for support.
Q. Loyalty in football?
A. CFC approached him, no contract in place with Accy. Refuse to talk until Accy happy.

A. MRi example, 2 hour drive daily can't help hamstring injury possibilities. Expect players to relocate an players paid enough to do so.

Pretty jovial atmosphere, no real proving questions, no real surprising answers and most answers turn in to rallying calls.
He's obviously very good at speaking, and is very eloquent (for a scouser!) and just wants the supporters to support the team, support him and his staff and more importantly trust him and his decisions, not matter how unpopular they may be. He is fully aware however, that he will be ultimately judged on results and knows they're not good enough currently.
No one has got heated or argumentative and it seems to be going to plan for him so far.

A. Not sure academy's work, 6 and 7 year olds too early to start. Must improve facilities for youth players, although facilities and coaching only half the job, rest is down to player to want it badly enough. Infrastructure must be there for them to success IF THEY WANT TO. Fantastic training facility currently, although should be used far more.

A. Amazing club, trainings facility, support and no excuses or hiding places. Must be wary of getting carried away with expectations but must focus on winning games. That is bottom line.
