Wasn’t there also something about Barry Hubbard’s widow having to fight to get some money back out of the club that was rightfully owed?

A widely quoted allegation.

As is the one regarding the Club President's absence from the Wembley Royal Box for our last (final) visit.

DA/AC stir up a **** storm and then moan about added police costs.

No away fans, no threat of violence, normal police presence in place working the normal match day hours. I'd say there'd be little if any added costs.
God I hate this league.

It's factual articles like this that illustrates just why fans feel the need to protest, the fact the man running the club doesn't get it fuels the misery.

The DT article is sickening, all about how if it goes pear shaped it’s all the fault of the protest and more specifically its organiser.
No mention of the catalogue of cock ups that have brought us to this point (raffles, development centre, Liam graham, general financial state, various sale of the club ‘issues’, betting on new managers, dreadful managerial appointments and who wanted them), consecutive relegations etc etc etc.
If you do what you always do, you'll get what you always get.

There is a big difference between parting with a few quid to watch a game of football and being associated with them professionally, which is exactly what you were prepared to do when you were appealling for Ashley to pick up the phone the other week.

I think I know the answer, it's a speculative claim against the club, and there is no money in the case. I can say Manolete are extremely aggressive litigation and insolvency funders and will pursue it to the bitter end...

Stadium to be used by local rivals' U23 side whilst our own junior side move out to Staveley. No compensatory figure for what some fans see as selling the Club's soul revealed.

Ta. That might be CFC's reason but if that is the line at the AGM and it turns out to be false then we'll have another entry for the file. Why has provision not been made?

One of he most damning entries in the file is the record of Turner's official statement about the Development School in My 2016. Following it's publication, the whole Board knew it contained lies, and that the year end accounts (finalised a few weeks later) were inaccurate. Speculative claim?
