No mention of the catalogue of cock ups that have brought us to this point (raffles, development centre, Liam graham, general financial state, various sale of the club ‘issues’, betting on new managers, dreadful managerial appointments and who wanted them), consecutive relegations etc etc etc.

Ta. That might be CFC's reason but if that is the line at the AGM and it turns out to be false then we'll have another entry for the file. Why has provision not been made?

One of he most damning entries in the file is the record of Turner's official statement about the Development School in My 2016. Following it's publication, the whole Board knew it contained lies, and that the year end accounts (finalised a few weeks later) were inaccurate. Speculative claim?
