Mate, I literally don't care, my point was don't start throwing it around if you're not prepared to take it yourself. Paricularly if you're throwing it in the direction of someone who, like us, cares for the club.
And i never said you weren't entitled to enjoy your footie, although with this shower you have your work cut out!

Now I know there will be plenty who say 'but the Trust is independent from the club' but it does require the club's assistance, in many ways, in order to function successfully.
Many Board members have commented at length about John Croot's silence during the car crash that has developed over the last two years, particuarly as he started out as a 'fan's representative.
The knowledge that a healthy salary, or the viability of the Trust itself, was, in some way, possibly at risk, might have dictated this silence.

Given he "used to drive on morphine", and did it for 9 years, your link (detailing the law from 2015) answers my question how exactly??

Was always told in business don't worry about and expend energy on things you cannot affect.
Most people on this board our fans bring to the table the things YOU can do for your club and team.
Get there on match days and shout for your team support CFC use this board for postivity
There may be many deals in the offing there may be none but fans will never get to here the detail of those discussions.Deal with it you are not going to be told.Do you discuss your finances in public
And as for the 10 million if I were buying something for that amount I wouldn't need to be asked for proof I would take proof with me.would let somebody come to buy your house without showing ability to pay (normally your estate agent checks this out)
Anyway let's have more threads about Football and do what fans should do support CFC No doubt it will still be here when we have departed to another world.(even if a lower league)
We need to pass our enthusiasm down to the youngsters not apathy and negativity
Well sorry rambled but off my chest.
Get to the ground and cheer on the boys
What you dub as 'bitching' has, on numerous occasions, been ordinary fans exposing scandal. Scandals including a spiralling debt despite record income. Any 'negativity' has been created by those responsible.
And we can effect behaviour of Sheff Road; the 'Questionable Enterprise' thread is a classic example (have you read it?).
Many 'Bob's Board' members have ST's and 'cheer on the boys'. However time, time and time again their efforts have been rendered meaningless by poor management on many levels.
Clearly some fans do become aware of various deals and have prompted CFC officials to discuss finances in public.
The Swedish consortium that approached Allen and/or Carson were dismissed pretty much out of hand without even being asked for proof of funding (by the way, it's usually the legal representatives that processes funds in any property transaction, not the estate agent).
There'll be more threads about football when those running the Club do so in an honest, straightforward manner. I wish I shared your faith that CFC will still be around when we've 'departed to another world' (what, with aliens or summat?).
Fans will be enthusiastic about the team when they're given something to be enthusiastic about.
