Players We Need To Get Rid Of (and can do at no cost)

- Novak. Not doing enough to justify whatever (presumably sizeable % of his wage we are paying). I would rather give Ariybi or Simons a run.
- Woods. Is not making our defence better. Hird is a better option alongside him
Time to shake the dice Dean and admit you were wrong on these three. If you don't you will be out of a job in a few months. Use the budget for three quality replacements

Herd > O'Neil
We are paying £1000 of Novak's wage. Not exactly breaking the bank, plus he is a decent player.
Agree with you on Woods. However I'd rather have Raglan in there.

I was pretty sure that's what it was. However, come to think of it, I have no idea where I heard that from.... Might of just made it up!
I doubt we would pay anyone 5k though?

That's an undeniable fact, but we have to remember that we had a major problem before he arrived. It's ironic that since he was brought in to help Dan Jones, it's Dan that is having a very shaky time.
I didn't go last night, so I await feedback on what the fundamental problems were.
Ferguson reckons that they successfully shackled Morsy, and that they got lot's of one v one's against our full backs. Saunders's thrust, I think, was to blame Jones for an individual error AND blame Jayo and Gardner for being ineffective.

The odd name drop here and there is all well and good to fire a player up but he seems to be blaming individuals regularly now, that won't do the squad any good.

I wasn't at the game but it sounded from Walker and Reevesy on radio sheffield like we had chances to change its outcome and missed them. When that happens we need to defend well as a team and get a 0-0. RS guy said 3-0 flattered Donny but at the end of the day it's an emphatic victory for them.

Novak can be returned at either ours or Brum's request once the window opens in Janaury.
Woods can be terminated (or at least his loan deal) after the initial 28 days by either party.
Herd might have a performance clause in it that automatically triggers once he plays 'x' number of games

appearance clause rather than a performance clause then because if it was a performance clause he'd certainly not be getting a new deal with his 55 yard first touches
