SPIRITES, the 2024 VERNAL EQUINOX takes place on 20th of this month at 3:06 am. It also coincides with the rearrange match against Halifax United.
As the VERNAL EQUINOX heralds the waning of the night and thus an increase in COSMIC ENERGY. the SPIRITES have always enjoyed an increase in POSITIVITY.
To mark this years equinox the usual dawn vigil witll start at 2 am and will feature a my good friend Astra the Pagan Goddess and Official Saviour of the SPIRITES singing the massive chart hit Dance of Spring recorded by The Crow Women, this will last until 3 am when all SPIRITES present will enter a state of deep meditation until 3:06 am, upon which they will perform The Dance That Turns The Wheel, led by the Shuttlewood Stilt Dancers who will be interupting their world tour to attend this event.
Following that all SPIRITES present will absorb as much POSITIVITY as possible to transmit to the SPIRITES team as they run out against Halifax United.

If it keeps raining we will need to borrow the Shuttlewood Stilt dancers "Stilts" for playing on the pitch.
