We walk past Oddfellows on our route from the drive I’ve booked to the ground so was thinking of trying there however couple of reviews I’ve seen say it’s not the biggest place so can get busy.

Great idea, me and the Missus are there around midday so if everyone puts where they’re going we can avoid those pubs!

Oddfellows is 5 mins from the ground as has only just opened again. Small pub but lots of space out the back. Many pubs in town centre that away fans can use which is 10 mins from Watford Junction station and about a 15 minute walk to the ground. I mentioned this before though. Give yourself time to get in the ground. There is always a queue to get in for away fans and that’s when there are 2000. You lot bringing 4000 will be a problem as they can’t open any other turnstiles for away fans as they go directly in to another stand

This tweet from Watford says turnstiles normally used by home fans will be used by away fans tomorrow. Tweet also links to an article that says if you turn up later than 35 mins before kick off then you are likely to miss kick off….if that’s true and not just bull to get folk in early then that’s very poor!!

I suspect that’s true but with a slight exaggeration. Certainly later than 245pm may cause you to miss the start

Must be years since you’ve been in a sports club Benno unless it had an all you can eat buffet on.

Went in the spoons before the game and it was good. We are now stuck in the multi story in the town centre and have moved 10ft in one hour! Still on floor 4...

....at this rate of progress we will be home just in time for the kick off of the Gateshead game!!!!

Not driving and very glad I ventured into an offy next to the ground on the way back to the car! Though wish I'd bought a bigger bottle of scotch....

Thought the team were brilliant and the support even better! Onwards and upwards. COYB.

Thankfully we left right at the end and hit out right away, just landed home. Safe journey mate!

I was parked on a drive about 15mins from the ground….got a bit wet in the rain walking back but after that straight out and home for 8pm including a quick comfort break at Toddington services. Two very good journeys both ways on the m1. We left town at 9:45 and were parked up by 12:15 in Watford.

Lucky you, I'm sat in Bath Spa because the signaller took us the wrong way, driver swapping ends, couldn't make it up.
