Assuming the existing company (06903318) is the one buying the club (anyone know any different?), then they already have a Secretary in place (who's also a member of this board).

Who is it?

Makes you wonder...

In addition, … does the fact that charge 69, to AC was only satisfied "in part" yesterday?

Why?

CFC 2001 will need its own directors and secretary, the holding company owning the shares is not sufficient for this purpose. Of course it could be some will be directors of both, but they will need appointing for CFC.

i think dave and ash on an open top bus would be ok, we could all line sheff road socially distanced and wave them off.

It's what we'd be waving they'd need to worry about, let's put it this way it will only be 1/5th or 2/5ths of the fingers............

I hope that the club get a bust of Ashley, to sit proudly alongside shentall.

The great man deserves recognition for his contribution to the club. Rarely can one man have been so influential on the fortunes of CFC
A new hope.

Absolutely agree, Peter is a top bloke and just what the club needs to add some stability following the hand-over to the Trust.

Why not Moondog? that role would suit him to the ground and he already has experience in
that field with AFC Saltergate.

I’m sure he is (and no disrespect meant to him personally) but I’d sever all connections with DA and AC completely.

Completely disagree with your statement and it obviously shows you do not know Mark and how much time and effort he and many others have put into exposing the previous incumbents various scandals and wrong doings.

Mark is an honest and forthright person who would be worthy of any suitable role within the club..

Make no mistake he should be commended for managing to get Carson's trust and be a voice for this board a friend or crony of Carson he certainly isn't..

He's not remotely close to the old guard 😂.

With respect, it shows that you're absolutely clueless on this matter as previous posts down the years have hinted.

I stand by your better judgement then -don’t know the fella - we had issues re. CHED Evans saga which I should be a better man and move on from- I’m sure if we met we’d get on fine and would share same interests etc.

I’m going into the Club on Monday myself and will apologise if he’s there
