Unless I am mistaken, DA as majority shareholder can overrule other shareholders anyway. So what he wants goes.

It's interesting that Carson has at no point denied the tenets of the rumour; Brealey involved, some sort of loan arrangement and Coe to receive a seat at the table.

Or could the proof of funds required just be that the buyer had the asking price in their bank account, no questions how it had been accumulated or how long it had been there? For example if it has been loaned by someone or other to help the buyer purchase the club if they hadn't got the actual financial means themselves?

If Google is basing that on the claim on his Warwick Advisory LinkedIn page, then it wants to have a look at the actual amount of business done by Warwick Advisory Partners. While my expertise lies firmly outside the financial sector, it appears to me that Companies House would suggest that Warwick Advisory Partners did not trade between being set up and struck off the register. It may of course be that it simply did not exist for long enough to file accounts, perhaps?
