Calm down dear, the revolving door marked 'Exit' is yet to start turning. It will, I'm sure, in the next couple of weeks.

Most players contracts run til end of May anyway, so I’d presume other clubs announce our ex players as their signings June 1st onwards

It will be budgeted rest assured the coffers will be tight. With 10 players to go expect about 20 in the squad

No of course not, but going on what mad dog said the other day, about how he’s signed 2 more players but it would be disrespectful to name them whilst they are still being paid by their current club, I’d expect more deals and departures to be announced at the end of their contracts than so many weeks before. That’s my theory anyway

FWIW I make it currently 26 prior to any of the transfer listed players having left - six new contracts, plus the 20 who were already under contract.

I haven't yet reached the chapter about scouting Scotland for six-foot strainers.
Edit: strikers. Phones always think they know better.

Yes, my understanding is that we have granted free transfers to ten players -
Willock
Sinnott
O'Grady
Anyon
McCourt
German
Whitmore
Hines
Wiseman
Dodds
Listed for a fee -
Dennis
Not transfer listed -
Maguire
Barry
Weir
Ugwu
Binnon-Williams
No information yet -
Rowley
Smith
Brewster
Wakefield
Six month contracts offered but not yet accepted -
Ofoegbu
Nicholson
New Signings -
Jalal
Wedgbury
Nelson
Weston
I believe MA has also said we have signed two others that can't be named yet and, of course, there are more in the pipeline.
Lots to happen yet.
Take Care

On the basis of the following DT quote I would think there is no doubt Nicholson has accepted his contract offer:
Also the whole club have been great with this move, it’s something I’ve always wanted and I will be giving my all to be a success at Chesterfield Football Club. “I can’t wait to get started but I would like to wish Handsworth all the best for the future and really hope promotion is soon.”

Just because we "gifted" permission to all these players under contract to talk to other clubs doesn't mean they will get other clubs on terms they'd be happy with.
MA did suggest a couple of outgoings were imminent after coming to a financial agreement, that will incur costs but that is what the parachute payment is primarily for and I expect it will be heavily used
