Not according to the BBC (or our site for that matter) but that is good news anyway

It wasn't a straight red. Which presumably has already been pointed out in the above replies

He certainly showed the yellow before the red like it was the second offence
When did Evatt pick up the first yellow? Being at least 80 years old, my mind must be going

Got the 1st for being a nob and going off at 1 of their players when on the edge box, just as we won a corner, a pointless booking he should kno better

In that case it was lucky in a way because his 2nd could have been a straight red anyway

Rules have changed, even if its a goalscoring chance its not deemed a strait red as a penalty is awarded, so maybe not??

Wasn't that rule implemented last year? But I'm sure I saw plenty being being sent off in similar circumstances. He

Second half when we had a series of about five corners. He was incensed by their number 8 who must have said or done something to really annoy him. I think he was unlucky with the penalty and second yellow as he found himself as the last line of defence and had to try and stop the shot. Up till then he had been my MOM for showing great commitment-he played midfield, left wing, centre forward, just about everywhere to try to get us back in the game.
