Sounded like we played better in the 2nd half, GC needs to start with Angel instead of Gardner on Tuesday

That is an absoloute must with Evans coming back in as well

Probably partly why so many loanees were brought in- cheaper than permanent signings and allows Caldwell to start again building a League Two side in summer. Probably all free transfers but hopefully there may be some spare wage budget to at least attract players with a bit of experience.

We might be playing at causeway lane next season in the 9th tier
Here we go again!

Just looking at the squads for today- it would be interesting to tally up the number of league appearances made by the players on each side.

I'm not saying experience wins every time or else we'd still have Jamie Hewitt in defence, but I think it's a pretty key shortcoming for us after the window dealings.
These go to eleven.

If that's true about Hird not playing because it will trigger an extended contract; I'm not renewing off the back of that. What a gutless, despicable way to treat one of your most reliable, longest serving players when you're in a relegation battle. Genuinely a moronic attitude to have.

Anna and Elsa would probably do a better job in our midfield.

Good old Anna.

Watching a club fold never bothered her anyway.

No absolutely not. But honestly, I would. The stench of dishonesty hangs over Sheffield rd like the smell of tar used to on Derby rd. I quite like the name Chesterfield Livingston from bygone days. Has a nice unique ring to it.

Pathetic. Our best CB left out to save a few quid. He will be super in L2 and should be kept anyway. Or maybe there's a plan to sign Anderson or another light weight

I think that is the end of Caldwell's "Make Dan a holding midfielder" project

And the back 3 nonsense?

Too expensive for our up coming league 2 budget. We'll be competing with Accrington for players.

Well, at least, Accrington normally stay up, play decent football, and score a few goals!!!!!!

Nothing I saw today remotely suggests these players will avoid relegation.

Allison, Donahue, Grimshaw, Nolan, Faupaula Dennis, Brown, Anderson are not League One standard. Neither, is El-Fitouri who is one dimensional and always goes inside for a pass seemingly unable to go down the line.

Five youngsters brought in with little league experience with one goal between them. What on earth was Cauldwell thinking of? We needed experience.

I imagine, but obviously don't know for sure, the decision to bring in kids was made above Caldwell.

What choice did he have? I hear we paid some fee for Faupala but surely it will have been buttons. No cash for Caldwell to spend, so he signed the players he could get.
These go to eleven.

He wasn't on his own, he had our director of football help him out remember.

They are not League 2 standard never mind League 1.
