@JohnFurniss @TimNicholsDM I'm sorry John, I really don't know enough about this to comment. My CFC "coverage" more hobby-based than work.

Why should it affect the clubs reputation ?
Apparently the club and the DC/PPP are separate entities.
Sadly the only ones being affected are the kids, their parents and what are now former members of staff.

I don't think this hurts the clubs rep as much as is made out on here... What it does is hurt the reputations of the individuals involved, and rightly so I want to add!

It's funny you should mention the Daily Mail. Who blabbed the IT story to them?

I didn't blame you... But I find it strange you seem so concerned about the clubs reputation but by the same token you are trying to give the story more national coverage... Which will by definition do the clubs reputation more damage...

If it became a national story which I doubt there is only one root vegetable to blame for damaging the clubs reputation! Hopefully the publicity will force the Chairman and other directors to take the necessary action that should have been taken ages ago. How do you think it should be dealt with Brockwell! My spelling is getting better!!!!

As above, I think the Damage to the clubs reputation is not quite as bad as some people would say, it is certainly very damaging to the individuals though... The only way the whole thing will ever be resolved (the DC part i mean) is when parents and staff are payed up, the longer that goes on the more unacceptable that is... Not because of anyone's reputation... But because of the actual harm it does to people with bills to pay etc

Only a complete mug would write that, darren brown wasnt much of a story outside chesterfield but believe it or not chesterfield fans do care because the club is a part of their lives.
