I was nearly right that the Pats nearly pulled it out of the fire....Gostkowski picked the wrong time to miss his first PAT since 2006!

As well as the Broncos defence played last night they are going to have to be even better to stop the Panthers i think...scoring points for fun!

Have the Broncos been given a chance in any of their playoff match ups?

No, mainly because the 'experts' don't think Payton has got 'it' any more. They are gonna get thrashed by the Panthers though!

Peyton did struggle missing some passes that he should have made...i think getting to the Superbowl probably pretty much nails on him calling it a day.

In that case then I'm gonna just brag about how my team have made it to the Superbowl!
Do we have any Carolina Panther fans on here?

Expansion teams don't have fans...

Top two Defs in football in the Superbowl.

Panthers simply have no nerves. Not sure what to say about Peyton come the day.

Looking forward to Sunday night. Gotta stop Carolina from going into an early lead.
If they can hold them in the first quarter at the least then they are in with a chance. Payton's last stand.

The Panthers just got mugged. No way that pass was incomplete. Didn't touch the ground and he was in control all the way down. Saying That Carolina are choking it big time so far.

Horrible call to not over turn it and then to rub it in instead of a first down they end up giving up 7 from the sack. Slow start from the panthers but that was an impressive drive.

It was almost a George Graham Arsenal performance from Denver...get a lead and then sit in and defend it. Think the game hinged somewhat on that failed challenge for the pass they ruled incomplete when he caught it. What should have been a first down well up the field turned into searching for a long first down deep in their own territory and the Broncos end up with a 10-0 lead from it. From there with the way the game went 10 points was a massive task to overturn.

At least Manning went out with a win even if he did not a lot to earn it! ;)

Didn't help that the Panthers froze on their big night, the receivers couldn't catch a cold!

Cam Newton lost the game in his head. All that pass rushing and he didn't use his legs to disrupt it.

What was he doing on his last fumble as well?

Seahawks must have been watching that thinking they would have shredded Broncos last night but, credit where it is due, they have a very good D and as ever, good D wins championships.

Just watching the game again, just wondering how good Denver would actually be if they had a quarterback.

Rewind two years and there is your answer.

They are not in the first six in the betting for next season...

That's surprised me about Marshawn Lynch.
I know he spent a good while out after his surgery but has he been suffering with injuries for a while now?

Apparently he gasnt spent any of his Seahawk salary and has lived of his endorsements. He has 50m dollars burning a hole in his pocket. RBs take a lot of punishment, i dont think he needs the hassle.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

Payton Manning announces his retirement.
Would've been the biggest mistake of his life if he were to try one more season, he's gone out on the biggest high he could have.
