Help needed here for my arris :)

Your opinion of Talbot would have more credence if you hadn't spent the last two years quitely dissing the guy

Imo

better reader of the game
more skilfull
better on the ball
more awareness to get out of trouble
Darikwa skinned more often
Darikwa responsible for conceding far more goals (his starlet status meant his errors were really mentioned by his fans.)
better footballing brain
turns better
better header of the ball
and
we always looked more balanced at RB.

In reality not much between them but Talbot at RB just pips it for me.

Can you recommend a good arris doctor :)

TD is the better player overall but there's not a lot in it when DT is fit. Put simply, the issue is not Drew's ability, it's his fitness.

What am I reading here DT is at best a league 2 level player, no final ball into the box is his main fault. As it stands now he's worse than league 2 the injuries have done for him, I cant see him getting any better only worse.
I've never questioned DT's effort and his determination but when youre legs have gone then the only way is down the leagues.

You are jumping the gun a bit there , he's not had a pre-season, it's not that long ago he was doing a good job at LEFT back in L1!

I think you mean doing a job at leftback, if you remember he got shafted quite a bit.

He was doing a good stand in job but always looked like a right footed player playing left back. Did better than i expected him to for a wrong footed player tbh

Stand in? I thought he would keep Jones out for the rest of the season if he hadn't got injured

I don't think Jones was out of the team for footballing reasons although he had a mare of a spell after being one of our best players at the start of the season.

If you were offering me a straight choice between Jones and Talbot for the LB slot it would be Jones every time to give us balance. Unfortunately for Jones if Drew gets over his latest injury and gets back in, then the attacking onus from the full backs is going to be down to Jones again, whilst DT tries to get fit and he may get caught up the pitch again as he sometimes does, but you can't be everywhere.

Personally, as I said last season, as we can't rely on DT's fitness, I would't have offered him another contract and would have brought in another full back.

I look forward to saying 'I told you so' to the talbot doubters once he is fit and back in form. You don't lose class like that over a summer...

If he comes back and gets fit it wouldn't alter my opinion that I would have let him go. For me the risk factor was too high and secondly he is anything but a class full back. He is a committed 100 per center who will always give is all for town but he lacks in areas to say he is class.

You're right you don't lose class, just pace and stamina.
And for a wing back pace and stamina is what you have to have. Many a good footballer has had to loose out to injuries, sometimes you just dont come back from them.

And maybe seb ... physically past his best but still with the brain to make and finish chances. However, if is simply a lack of fitness that afflicts him (?) there is even more to behold and savour

Rubbish. Darikwa is at least a level above

Talbot is a decent right back when fit, tendayi went a level above him last season ( im a talbot fan but frears ghost is wrong if he thinks different) due to youthfulness power strength being superior, the problem with drew he is only good when superfit and when he is fit he is superb but being fit is getting less and less and he needs an age to recover..im getting worried about him.

I agree with all of that.
