Nothing against the lad, but we really need better. If he does sign, that's 3 strikers, manni Harrison and Armand on the books - I don't think any are good enough for a regular L1 place. It also narrows down our options for new signings.
If Armand does sign, and Roberts goes (as expected) I`ll be getting worried about next season

Does Rai Symons count as a striker as well?

Well, if you are asking, it's because he's got all the attributes of a very good CF, but not necessarily in the right order.

Care to list them? Other than his size, I've seen nothing at all. Has anyone actually seen him do anything that would allow an opinion of any sort to be formed? His signing and that of Harrison are firmly in the baffling category as far as I'm concerned. For all his failings, Armand is a country mile better than either.

Saunders has his hands tied with those two. I expect Manni is costing next to nowt, but Harrison could be taking up a decent wage
I'd take Armand over those two any day but you are right, if Armand signs it'll speak volumes, we are in deep do do

Harrison came from a failing team who were preparing for non league and off loaded took what was possibly 50K max I would guess at less. Cook had lost Doyle and went out and found a cheap option If Harrison is on more money than Armand which I doubt someone didnt do their job right.

Fair point. The answer is 'no' but Mitch will have so there's some basis for optimism.
