He's improved greatly this season and is a guaranteed first team starter.
Works tirelessly and chases back always. Can tackle pretty decently.

They are the positives

No real negatives but doesn't offer a great deal to any league higher than 1/2.
Delivery could be better and often caught for pace but he is improving.

Haha I wonder how much better he has to get before you admit you were wrong about him?!

Perhaps when he's holding down a place at a lower-end Premiership side like Palace or West Brom.

Wrong in what way?
He's developing nicely at the moment and is always a first choice first teamer.
I'd like him to go for millions!

You've never rated him and even accused him of having no pace!

True - if didn't really rate him but I'm pleased he's improved.

He still hasn't got a lot of pace....

yet at Derby, IMO he was our stand out player and looked comfortable in that sort of company

He's played well this season. If he could cross like Jones he'd probably already be gone

If he defended like Jones he'd have gone too but for other reasons.

The next bit of the contract evolution is that realistic offers must be made now. This will elevate us into a new pay structure so DA/CT/AC need to get together and do some serious thinking/planning to make it happen. They have got to be thinking in terms of £4k a week basic for those experienced players who are definitely good enough for top end L1/Championship. Tendayi, Morsy, Clucas, Evo.

Not a chance we'll ever give any of those 4k a week

not his fault if people don't convert the chances created

definitely think he puts better balls into the box than Tendayi though

however, Tendayi has been excellent and if he can improve his final ball he'll be worth a lot

Hello ! So on current crowds income streams etc you want to commit financial suicide - cannot see any justification in going down this route whether we lose players or not.
God I hate this league.

I think the point I am trying to make is that crosses from Jones might look good but very rarely actually go to a blue shirt. If a pass, or cross, misses attackers it has no chance of becoming an assist.

Now, for instance, compare that to Tendayi's ball to O'Shea v Fleetwood and his one to Banks v MK Dons etc and they still don't count as assists because they weren't converted - but, at least, goal scoring opportunities were set up.

Tendi has 4 just off the top of my head - Bristol City, Gills, Peterborough and MK.

Edit - the Bristol assist may have actually been a Clucas miss-hit.
