Infact I'm told January may see him back at Prenton Park or, failing that, leading the line at Luton (alliteration, eh).

He could play for any team in L2. What is his value?. Imo, his current annual salary plus a sell on?.

I was told these would be loan deals initially, Dave.
By the way, a different source informs me Sheff Yoo, Rovrum and Millwall are currently bidding for Doyle.
Town fans expecting a seven figure fee will be very disappointed by the numbers being offered, though.
(By the way, good to be talking about football instead of the behind the scenes b*ll*cks again, innit)

it is.
Now, I know nowt, but impo a loan should not be countenanced. He's out of contract and he's in demand.

On this behind the scenes thingy........
I'm siding with H on this, on the grounds that I can find no alternative to my theory that the whole thing was planned spend, apart of course from the concert fiasco. And that is based on the fact that we've got at least 3 business leaders on the Board. Now they could of course have said 'heyup lads, we are running a loss, but it's all planned'. But they didn't, the nincompoops.

I`m not so sure - the way the summers "transfer activity" was conducted, followed by the brakes well and truly being put on spending - would suggest to me that the size of the loss came a s a surprise.

Not a surprise.
How much are his goals worth to CFC though?

Hopefully it's true, some regular football will do him good and hopefully we can benefit. History has taught us with Folan and Bowery that if we persevere with a player who blows more cold than hot but has glimpses of potential it could well pay off in our favour if they hit a good spell. Give Armand some regular football away from here then give him his chance when he's match fit and a bit more confident.

Both players, though limited, were always a step above what I've seen from Armand.

Looks like S&D's anticipated fire sale is very much on
Hope we resist, but I have no faith whatsoever

If we get £2,000,00 for Morsy and Doyle, is that good busines?
