The fat lady has stamped on fate and exercising her vocal cords to sing “going up as champions”

In 4 weeks time I fully expect we'll be changing the tense or at least losing one word from that line '

Quite a few members on here are of senior years and as I have posted previously on this subject,we want to sing our hearts out for the team,we want to show our confidence that we have run away with the league, but after decades of following CFC there is a psychological brake which holds you back to an extent until we are sure of promotion.Hopefully sooner rather than later we can let that emotion run free.

so true... supporters experience games with emotion, players need to be able to play above their emotions, as the finishing line of the season comes into view, professionalism has to take over and at this point we need players who can handle that, i think the majority can. i'll shoot... jones for one is a player i'd trust to get us over the line

If I were performing and well as the mighty Spireites and had a uncharacteristic bad day, I'd be mighty hacked off if my clients posted on a chat forum that they thought I might be losing it 😳

I think it's been carved into our DNA to be glass half empty, time for temporary evolution into glass half full. I was thinking Dorking away to win the title but now I'm Fylde at home. Yesterday was a managerial masterstroke from Cookie so that we win it at home in front of a packed house, rather than on the M1 driving home from Dorking. Lol.

Time to worry when YOU think you are losing it.
I keep heading upstairs to look for something and I moved to a bungalow four years ago.

When you want to worry, is when you get upstairs, because you've hit the wrong gaff 😁. I once walked around the car park at the end of an afternoon shift trying to locate my Triumph Dolomite Sprint, forgetting I'd swapped it for a Rover 3500S that day. I was 22 years old at the time 😆.
