Sorry, not sorry, I’d rather have Quigs and Grigg all day long.
Keep the faith with these lads who haven’t let us down and not played the ‘ all they can get game ‘
Happy as Larry with these two…

It was obvious that Will Grigg was going to be the first choice striker, and Dallas would have been fighting it out with Joe Quigley for a place on the bench. If Jacobs was the alternative signing, then I think we got the right bloke. Jacobs can play across the attacking midfield, and he's definitely class when he's on form.
Leave Dallas where he is.

Compare his wage now to that at Solihull/ Chesterfield I doubt he’s giving it a second thought. He’ll trust his agent the next time after securing his current deal.

Personally I think he is on his way down to Southend though.

Plus who are you dropping off the bench to put him on there.

Just imagine if Cookie brought in a striker who struggled to even get on the bench let alone score, he'd be lambasted on here, so I feel for the Kilmarnock manager a little. They'll have watched him at Sillyhull and again for us and they'll have thought they were getting a goal machine but ended up with a kit fashion model sat on the bench.

Quigley. But like I said, it won't happen because that's not the way Cookie does things. He's just given Quigley a new contract so he's not going to bounce him out of the squad for somebody who just waltzes back into the club. It's not his style.

Also not sure he would do it tactically....Having Dallas to replace Grigg gives us no other option as they are similar. Whilst we dont go long ball as such having Quigley gives us an option to hit him longer and get things off him or swing crosses in for him to attack with headers.

Contracted until 2025 so it will take a big fee to dislodge him imo. I think he’s actually improved as a result of his spell with us. Self belief has risen.
