Not much around the ground, best to drink elsewhere and then move on to the ground, ..
all we are saying, is give us ...a goal, or 2+

I’m on the train down meeting a mate in central London for a bit so will probably stay there and head to the ground to go straight in.

Personally i'd always drink central and head to Canons Park on Jubilee line afterwards. Baker Street area for drinking is usually popular for these types of trip. The Globe / Metropolitan Bar (Spoons) are right outside Baker Street station.

The away end has a decent bar as well to be fair.

Edgware might be an option but I've never had a cheeky one there as far as I can recall.
Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

You'll struggle locally.

St Albans
Derbyshire is Derbyshire
Yorkshire is Yorkshire

Never the twain shall meet.

If I was on the train then Baker St and Kingsbury / Queensbury (can’t remember which has the Spoons)

Sorted a bus instead though as planning to do Bromley on the train and they are expensive days out so going to stop in St Albans before

Enjoyed Atria Centre and bars/restaurants in Watford on Saturday so we are going to head down there again during the day for a bit of shopping and refreshments pre Barnet, then hop off M1 at the next Junc down 4 for the game later. Make a full day of it. Good stuff.

Kingsbury mate. Our usual stop off for England games on the past. Out of the station and 50yds on the left
East stand second class citizen.

Got driveway parking less than 10min walk from the ground for £6.00 off Just Park, so is there anywhere we can get a drink/bite to eat pre match?

Bar at the ground is really good. Not much else though, if you’re there in decent time then Kingsbury/Wembley or Baker St would be where I head.
