Absolutely drilled them after 10mins - if not for very good defending and small margins could have been more.
Their keeper made a mess of our winner, but it would have been a travesty not gaining the 3 points

Or, a question, how come Colclough seems to be in the right place so many times whereas our main striker doesn’t?

A valid question, saying that I rate colclough very highly, great player, wonder if he has ever played as a an out and out forward as he just gets in great positions?

Just found out he has used to play in a two alongside Nathan Ellington, also once played as a striker scored two then got subbed on 55 minutes so he could see his child be born and was still in his Wigan kit when his wife gave birth, evidently Harry Kane heard about it and said he would have stopped for the hat trick.

Colclough usually creates the great positions himself by his own pace and brilliant skill. The way he runs at a defender, gets him turned, unbalanced, and back - pedalling, then bursts past him, is brilliant. The great thing is that he can go either left or right, so the defender has no idea which way to turn. If he can just be a bit more accurate with his final shot after he's skinned his marker, he'll score a bagful over the course of the season.

Whose debut for Crewe? Ellingtons first game for Crewe was a 1-1 draw against Shrewsbury where he came on as an 80th min sub and Colclough was an unused sub plus Ellington never scored a goal for Crewe. Colclough made his Crewe debut in Sept 2012 and didnt scored until his 8th appearance in a 3-1 defeat at Bournemouth and was about a year before Ellington joined Crewe. Colclough never scored in a game while Ellington was at Crewe either during the final few months of the 2012\2013 season.

Mancini out for "at least 6 months" with the hamstring injury that he picked up on Monday against us, massive loss for them.

They've also lost Dan Dodds, who did his ACL on Saturday against AFC Fylde, for a year!

I saw him pull up and drop to the floor in agony. Got to admit feeling a bit sorry for the lad when loads of our fans started booing him, he was obviously suffering. Up until that point I thought he was a tidy player for them. He will be a big miss for them I suspect.

6 months for a Hamstring! Ouch! That's a bad one.

Happened just in front of us in the West Stand...you could tell straight away what he'd done and you could tell he knew as well. He said he was done straight away and initially tried to get off the pitch until the manager told him to go down to halt play which is probably why some booed him.

It's never good when a player is injured long term, and I feel for him, but how many rival supporters showed utter glee when kabby had his leg broken. It's a short career, and players in lower leagues need to get as many games in as they can. I wish him a speedy recovery, and all the best.

That headed miss from Grigg... ooft. But at least he kept at it and, as you say, made a nuisance of himself for our winner. We need a camera trained perpetually on Cook, gutted to not be able to see his celebrations for the winner.

Despite what Bonnyman says, Grigg created the first for Colclough by making space with his movement, and helped with the second by pinning the goalie. And, I think, got a shot in for the third which rebounded to Naylor.
