Yer, it isn't bad at all.

I forgot to add, during rotations we do 20 minute stints, a starting 11 for first 20 minutes, then pre determined subs up until half-time, then predetermined line-up until 60 minutes, then final 20 minutes it is managers choice.

This means everyone gets a minimum 40 minutes and they play for the right to have positions for the final 20.

We always have a strong team out throughout the game as we don't necessarily have the best players on all at once. Generally, we start with two or three of our best players on the subs bench and two or three or the weaker players, they then all come on and we still have a strong team for the second 20 minutes up to half time.

At no point do with start with the 5 weakest players on the bench.

The second team also play the same formation and style so that they can just fit straight into the first team if they need to be called up.

As a result the first team have lost 4 games in 3 years in all competitions.

We have training on a Monday night that focuses on individual skills, then Friday night training on team development and play and fitness training. Obviously, the match on Sunday's. The first and second team train together, the third team and fourth teams on their own.

We do one session on grass then one session on the 4g Astro to accommodate both control (on bobbly pitches) and passing along with team routines.

I manage an under 15's team in the Huddersfield and District League. We have 70 players signed on that play for 4 teams in the following divisions. Division 1,3,5 and 7.

We have the top two teams who take it pretty seriously, the third team like playing with their mates and the 4th team was created for any new players who have never played football before.

We will need a 5th team next season as we have another 10 on top of the 70 that are training only at present.

The first team have done the league and Cup double the past two seasons, this season we have lost two players, one to the Man City Academy and one to Leeds United Academy.

They need to do away with all the private academy's that kids pay to go to. They are selling a dream linked to professional football clubs that aren't real academies. Some of our kids go to these, train with us twice a week and play on a Sunday, then train twice a week with the paying Academy and play on a Saturday in a nothing friendly match. They get injured, tired and overworked by it all.

The only official grassroots football is community clubs and the actual professional academy that you are scouted for.

The structure is pretty good around here, we play in the league, the Yorkshire Cup, the Huddersfield League Cup ( teams in div 1,2 and 3 in one Cup, div 4 and 5 in another and 6 and 7 in another cup). We also then have the County Cup which also includes the Garforth League, ours and another league structure I've forgotten their name at present. So in the county Cup their were 246 teams in that.

We promote from within, players get their opportunities to move up and down the teams, if they are playing well they get the chance in an higher level, if some are struggling they move down and boost their confidence in the next team down.

We have 29 teams over the age groups and 3 girls teams which and more under development.

Our aim is to create a team for the under 19s development league which runs midweek around here, then a semi-pro team that will compete hopefully in the the NCEL in future.

It has taken years of development, fundraising and being able to produce quality facilities for the kids.

However, it has had its battles. At first we struggled to get 3 teams allowed by a few certain members of the committee who were, 'the club only has a two team policy at all ages', we argued that no player should ever be turned away at any age. As a result we now have the four teams.

The manager who argued against us now has no team as he had turned players away at younger ages and when the numbers of players were needed to increase they dropped down to one team and now none, so we don't have a team in that age group, because of a lack of foresight and old style mentality.

We are an age now were they have had their development from the age of 7, some get more game time than others but we still do rotate and every player still gets 40minutes minimum. We have pre set rotations so the kids know before hand and they can feel confident that regardless how they are playing they will still get time on the pitch. All players have played in different positions over the years so our strength is that someone can come on or move to another position and be competent their, that's why we have been so successful over recent years.

PS we lost to the eventual county Cup champions in the semi-final (I will call it a dodgy decision lol).

The standard is pretty dam good.

Anybody remember buying a ticket that you opened up. It had a players number on and the minute.

If you had the exact match of those which matched up with the first goalscorer of the game then you won all the money?

The handball rule isn't fit for purpose, that's the main probably. It's never a handball in a month of Sunday's, however under these rules it is a penalty and was the correct decision.

Defo onside as well, the defender in the middle plays him.on. Great decision from the assistant.

hey up, many twists n turns yet it seems, if da returns it is imperative that you continue this agenda, we have seen this week what havoc can occur with these millionaires. if he returns many will be fooled that we're ok, but you plan is crucial for the next time he throws one, that;s assuming he does return. my advice keep on it
