All the monies are in. It was great to see some fellow supporters of both Town and Ashgate Hospice on Sunday.

Not taking in to account the Wembley or not thread so far we’ve raised (including Gift Aid) £431.25. I love round figures so I’ll add £15 extra which (again with Gift Aid) makes a pleasing (in many ways!) £450!

This is for those who participated in the Play Offs or Not thread and predicted a yes or no to making the playoffs, agreeing to donate £5 to Ashgate Hospice.

There were 22 who incorrectly predicted we’d do it (me included!) and 3 who said they’d donate anyway. So that’s £125 to a fine charity.

You can either meet me at the back of the East Stand next Sunday (I’ll think of a way to identify me!) around 245-315pm or PM me and we’ll sort a way to pay.

Bought this at the weekend from Waterstones.

Written by Bob Littlewood it’s a different take on the history of the recent past. So far very enjoyable.

£17 a bit chunky for a paperback though.

So many opinions and then criticising others for holding something different.
