He's the 'home grown' player that allows us to name an extra substitute on match days

Need to name a home grown player in listed squad to be allowed 7 subs

Ahhhh right thanks, makes sense to keep him around then

Pretty disappointing on all fronts. We've re-signed (or want to) pensioners, crocks, future inmates at jug ears' pleasure and players who simply aren't good enough. Not going to poop my pants over it but I'm not exactly thrilled at the looks of it.

Why is Connor Cook on the books too? What box does he tick?

I hate the 'modern' game with all the time wasting, especially from the keeper. It needs sorting out

It's the main reason I barely watch or go anymore. Modern football is utter trash with the diving, time-wasting, slow boring possession tactics, spineless useless referees. I've seen slug races more physical than modern football. I know it's a cliché but the game genuinely has gone, I barely recognise it anymore.

Agree but also mandeville didn’t do anywhere near enough to stop his man. He just lifted a lazy leg up and then let him past.

Yeah totally agree he's not exactly covered himself in glory but he needed lots of backup today, their left side is really strong and Olakigbe has just been strolling back with his thumb up his arse

Olakigbe has completely left Mandeville in the lurch for both goals. He wants a slap at half time.
