As someone said earlier that giveaway home draw to 10 man Salford will probably be the result that ultimately does us.
Its what we've done over 46 games. You could always look back and find a disallowed goal, penalty not given, defensive error that resulted in a goal being conceded or a sitter missed - there will be plenty of these instances since August. -

I quite like the home kit.
I'm really not sure what I think of the away kit. I don't object to the colour but the 'appendix' print is a little strange. -

We need to build a side around these two next season and hope neither gets injured. Be nice if we could add Metcalfe and Sparkes and even Markanday too but wouldn’t bank on any of them. As for the rest, particularly the over thirty brigade I don’t know. Grigg, Naylor and Banks might do a job (the latter more as a squad player), but we need more youth and energy.
And the defence still desperately needs sorting out.
I agree with Jon B in that it is risky because if anything happens to these talisman players, you could well be screwed.
Regardless, Cook doesn't work like this. He has a style of play, a preferred formation that he sticks with whenever he can, and he signs the players that fit his system. Dobra fits Cook's system. Mandy is versatile but importantly fits in with Cook's style. There may be minor adjustments to tactics to bring out the best of individual players but I don't envisage changes from possession-based football and a 4-2-3-1 just because it would benefit and individual player (or two). -

dobra is an outstanding attacking talent and his work rate for a flair player is awesome but to pull him away from the area of the pitch where he does his best and most damaging work is not something i think would be a smart move, i think you give dobs a free role and build a team around getting him on the ball as often as possible in attacking areas.
Yeah, I appreciate Bonnyman suggests 'thinking outside of the box' but when you have Dobra, with skills that make him a real threat in attacking roles, I don't see the sense in moving him to a role whereby defensive assets are required foremost as his primary role would be defensive. Sometimes it is worth leaving that square peg in the square hole.
