    One photo can't prove how long the car was there. They are devious so and so's. Probably waiting for the OP to challenge it and lose the early settlement discount and then produce a second photo as proof of length of stay.

    Don't know the time limit but if it's a hour and there's two photo's showing the car, one at 3pm and on at 4.10pm. They can prove the photos are genuine with meta data. No need for time stamps
